Intranet Development – After going through an acquisition, the need for a centralized source of truth for collateral, resources, and training material was in dire need. I custom built an intranet-like platform using WordPress to expedite the consolidation of knowledge. This consisted of multiple custom post types all with varying levels of permissions across the company. To alleviate user error, all of the editing was handled via frontend forms to essentially re-skin what the backend of WordPress is, while simplifying and eliminating potential breaking or confusion.

The platform was iterated on with input from many key stakeholders across the org, resulting in new modules including a custom built calendar, a training library, embedded slide decks, and company-wide communications. The tool became invaluable in the day-to-day operations.
